Establishing digital connectivity: Construction of physical infrastructure of 8 Upazila Service and Information Technology Training Centers under the EDC  project, provision of 623 internet connections through optical fiber cables at the marginal level, establishment of Sheikh Russell Digital Labs in secondary and higher secondary schools, colleges, madrasas and government primary schools in the district, training of 435 women in 4 categories to create women entrepreneurs, utilization of 4IR potential and creation of skilled human resources to meet challenges.
